Details(about Experience): I've been making plugins for close to 5 years now, i owned a kit pvp server back in the day that was up for several years and made actually quite a bit of money. Over the years i've grown bored of Minecraft but still come back to it because i still enjoy making plugins.

I have to say, the no pay might suck for something like this. You might be able to find somebody to make you a small plugin or something for free, but i don't think you're going to get a good developer to write plugins for an entire network for free.

I've been making plugins for a long time now, just got out of school and looking for ways to make a little money

Make sure you got the Ultra F2 Beta version, it's on the very top. Run the jar with java and install it then you're good.
