    Whats your in-game name?: lowenty

    Email Address: adryan.moss@gmail.com

How old are you?: 14. if this makes you uncomfortable, I apologize. My age does not represent me well. I am much more mature than the average fourteen year-old.

Rate your maturity on a scale of 1 - 10: 10; why? Because I can be a very serious person at times. I do know how to have fun though, so don't worry.

Rate your grammar on a scale of 1 - 10: 10; English is my first language and I am fluent in it. I occasionally correct my English teachers in their spelling and grammar. Let's just say they don't like me very much.

What kind of person are you? (Funny, thoughtful etc.): Can be mildly funny to a hysterical joker, I can be thoughtful and creative, I can be serious, strict or lenient, helpful, outgoing or reserved, I am told I am very trustworthy as well, I learn very fast and take up responsibility without hesitation.

Do you have any experience of being staff if so state a server?:I've been a moderator on a server called Winterfrost. I've had a great time as staff there and I was generally well-received by the players.

I served there as moderator for about two weeks, the owner saw what I was capable of and promoted me quite hastily to administrator, a position I served for two months. It was in my time as administrator that I had the most fun with players, helping them out and training trainees to be effective staff members were some of my duties.

When the co-owner of Winterfrost resigned, the owner immediately turned to me and offered me the position which I wholeheartedly accepted and started immediately. I served this position for around two weeks when the owner shut the server down due to "lack of players" when we were clearly getting enough. I still don't understand why he shut it down.

If you would like to see proof here is a link to the forums, and one for my profile, both on Enjin.

I also received a "Great Staff Member" award from the owner for continuous service and unbiased banning of rule-breakers.

As co-owner, the owner of Winterfrost entrusted me with console access with which I used as sparingly as possible. I believe only the owner should have access to the console, however if the need be I would use the console, but not as often as the owner would.

What is your timezone?: Berlin, Germany, GMT+1:00 I believe, however I do think we are in daylight saving time, thus making it GMT+2:00. It's one of those two though, I never really understood daylight saving.

What ideas do you have for the server and how will you organize the team to makes these ideas happen and work efficiently?: Firstly, not everyone is a jack-of-all-trades. I would definitely get to know the team first, what their strengths and weaknesses are, and assign them positions that best suit their skillset. Let's assume we have a team consisting of three admins, Bob, Josh, and Jill.

Bob is good with redstone, plugins and most everything technical, but struggles to build.
Josh is good with building large structures and ornate decor, however he struggles to do redstone or to use plugins effectively.
Jill is good with organization, she is extremely proficient at planning ahead, she is also decent at both building and redstone, however not as good as Bob or Josh.

I would assign Bob to work the redstone and plugins, and Josh to do the building of structures. If either one needs help, I would send Jill to go help them. I would assign Jill the task of fulfilling the day's quota (if there is one) and making sure all the day's work is done to an acceptable standard, then report back to either me or one of the co-owners/owners.

How many hours per day or week will you be spending on the server (preferably available most of the week)?: I am almost always available, literally. People say I have too much time on my hands. During the summer holidays I am available for eight hours a day, from twelve to ten my time. During school weeks, Monday through Friday I am available for at most four hours after school, and most likely another eight hours per weekend.

I am willing to dedicate three hours or more to the server per day.

Why should I choose you to be in control and running the server when I am not available(Make it long)?: I do not mess around. If I am tasked with keeping the server clean, you can be sure it will be spotless by the time your return. When I am told to do something, I will seek it through to the end provided I have the correct materials, time, and information to pull through from start to finish.

The more specific you are with instructions, the better an idea I will have of what you want me to do. If you want me to keep the server up, I will make sure that nothing crashes, no players hack it down or DDoS, and the likes. If a DDoS attack happens, I will notify you immediately. If you want me to keep the server up, keep the staff in order and do a side-job such as touching up on spawn, I will do all of those things because they are exactly what you told me to do.

I take my job very seriously. If I must make sacrifices I am prepared to do so, even at a moments notice. If I must do something for the server that you do not agree with, or that will make me lose my rank, I would still do it because ranks are only a title. Head-Admin is only a title. Sure people respect you for being a Head-Admin, but if you were to have lost that for the betterment of the server itself, I could bet you would have a lot more respect and players would be much more grateful than if you didn't want to lose your rank because it gave you a sense of power.

I am here to help, not for the power. I have had my fair share of power, and power is dangerous if put in the hands of the wrong people. Power is intimidating to me, I only use as much as I need to, never more.

Experience: See "Do you have any experience being staff if so state a server?"

Other experience would be I am quite decent with building, I can do basic redstone and the likes. I have been playing Minecraft since Beta 1.5_01 and I know a lot about the game.

Plugin Experience: If you teach me I will learn. Plugins I have experience with aren't many, but I teach myself how to run plugins. If there's a /help page for the plugin available, consider me experienced in it, because I will learn that plugin inside and out if there is a help page involved.

I do not have much base experience, but as I've said, I am a fast learner. If this makes you doubt my abilities, I apologize, but the truth is the truth.

    ---

Thank you for reading my lengthy application. I hope you consider me as a viable staff member. If this application does not fill the requirements of a Head-Admin, I would like to be considered for Admin or Moderator.

I don't mind it, switching gamemodes isn't that difficult. It would be nice but not many people are complaining about it.

Pretty much this, Minecraft has made me marginally less socially awkward.

Maybe an Indiana Jones-esque thing where you run from a wall of lava and have a limited time to complete small puzzles that hinder you from your goals?

Name and IGN: Ryan is my name, and lowenty is my in-game name.

Age: 14, if this makes you uncomfortable I do apologise, however I can assure you my age does not represent me well.

Past experience: I've been a moderator on a server called Winterfrost in the past and have been looking to help out another server since around July. I've had a great time as staff there and I was loved by the players.

To this day I still don't understand why he shut it down.

Why do you fit the position: I have a great sense of judgment. I know what is right and wrong and will act as such unless told otherwise. I do not tolerate rule-breakers and the owner of Winterfrost knew this. I was by far the strictest staff member they had, and I kept the server as clean as I could. I can be lenient, but only if rule-breakers seem to realize their mistakes and apologize accordingly.

With staff members, I am told I am very trustworthy and I can explain myself easily. In stressful situations I rarely get stressed, very, very rarely. I can be almost apathetic under pressure, but I will still get work done and I will still perform to the best of my ability.

On forums, I can be extremely active, always online at most any time of the day unless I am asleep. Locking unneeded threads, deleting spam threads, replying to help threads and working with ban appeals are all things I was assigned to do in the past.

Can you be on the server for 3+ hours a day: Three hours is nothing, I would most likely be on for five hours or even seven depending on how much I'm needed. During schooldays, I would only be able to get on for about four hours maximum, but yes, three hours is definitely doable.

Can you be on the forums actively: Without a doubt. I can be on the forums without rest, and easily at that. Forums for me are fun and easy to use. Please note that my post count here is not that high, however on the Minecraft Forums it is over one-hundred and fifty. I am more active there than here. I also have an alternate account on PMC by the name of Flarum. This account I use for lurking, ironically I could have used the other account but, meh, the application is out and that's what matters.

Thank you for reading and I hope the proof I have provided has satisfied you. If not you are free to reject me. If you would like to talk more you may PM me asking for my Skype name and I will happily hand it over.
