Staff Experience: I've Co-Owned a server called Winterfrost. If you would like to see proof of this,
here is my profile on Enjin. I have received a "Great Staff Member" award whilst I was playing on Winterfrost.
The owner and I are close friends. I never actually had to apply for staff, the owner just saw I was capable and we talked, then I became a moderator. I did quite well with that, kept the rule-breakers at bay. I can be
very strict with players, but I will never come across offensive, and I never did. My management style is as follows, however I can skip warning 3 and go straight to a temporary ban if I feel a mute has not taught him anything:
Warning 1: Verbal, no consequence.
Warning 2: 1 minute mute, private verbal warning.
Warning 3: 5 minute mute, private verbal warning.
Warning 4: 1 hour ban from the server.
Warning 5 (if he comes back and does stupid things again): 1 day ban from the server.
Final Warning: Permanent ban.
Depending on the offense, I may move straight to a temporary ban (asking for op) or even straight to a permanent ban (insulting staff constantly and bashing the server, hating on players).
I was then promoted to administrator, and was assigned to work alongside building things. I created the server spawn and shop of which I have photos of if you would like proof. I took this position for two months. I admit I had my screw-up moments, but the players loved me.
After one of the co-owners stepped down, I was the owner's first choice for a replacement, and so two weeks ago I was appointed co-owner of Winterfrost and had console access and whatnot. Even then he turned to me to deliver harsh news to players or to staff members who were eligible for demotion.

Why would you be a great admin: I am a very calm person. I do not overreact to anything really, and it is very difficult to anger me. The easiest way to anger me is when you start a horrible concoction of events that could have easily been prevented with usage of common sense.
I am almost always available during the weekends, and mostly available during the week. I can work well as part of a team, but I prefer to work independently for smaller tasks. I can lead well and follow well. If I were to give myself an overall role, I would label myself as a jack-of-all-trades. I'm not good at any one thing, but I'm decent at most everything.
