Minecraft/Servers Developer - Looking for server to develop for!

Type of Server: (Custom Gamemode) I am currently developing a custom version of factions called Empire Wars. Here is our website if you are interested in the gameplay: http://www.empirewars.org/

The basic premise of the server is: Each faction has an ideology (three choices) that give pros/cons - factions declare war on each other (in addition to allies and enemies) - only in war can you claim over the other faction's land -- the war is over when either one surrenders, a peace is made, or a faction's f home is claimed

After we get this gamemode off the ground, we will be expanding into other custom gamemodes/minigames.

We plan to be a bungeecord server once we get more gamemodes/servers.

Experience: I have coded in java for around 6 years, been doing minecraft plugins for around half that. I was a developer on MCNations (popular Nations at War server, TBNRFrags and CampingRusher recorded on it) I also have experience being a developer on Empire, it was a server that averaged ~200 players in 2013-2014.

Skills: Like I said above, I have been doing Java for a while now. I can code in Java, HTML, Perl, CSS, PHP and use MySQL and Mongo.

Age: 17

Time Zone (and optionally general location): Florida (EST, GMT-5)

How often you will be on per week on average: Currently AP exams, so around 7 hours a week now -- however, when that is done I can increase up to 25-35.

What makes you better than other applicants?: I have the experience coding extensive plugins and interacting with a community. However, I don't think I am "better" than any other applicants -- we all offer something different and new. I do, however, think I can do an amazing job and get the things you want done.

Why do you want this position?: I want this position to allow my plugins to be used by people. That is my payment, not in cash (although, that's always fun,) but in people using it. I want to give joy and a new aspect of gameplay to players. That is my motiviation.

Why you think we should pick you over others: Well, I can code plugins in a professional and high-level way. I can code minigames and regular plugins all the same. I can also keep my cool and make fair judgements. Not only that, but a major key in my idea is the ability to interact with the community. I would love to talk with them, come up with ideas and suggestions and just implement them. I know that this isn't that much detail, but I feel like an application is a dry way to get to know someone; if you want more detail just add me on skype add we can talk.

what specifically can you bring to our server: Like I said in my previous paragraph, I can bring custom plugins and coding to your server. This can add custom features and unique add-ons to the server.

What would you help do on the server: I would help with plugins, configuring and coding, keeping the server calm and collected, and implementing players ideas. The implementation of ideas can be through already made plugins or even my own custom ones.

I'm looking for a server to start working on. The server I'm currently Developer on is dying after being up for a total of 3 years. (Server network is Empire. 0tx.org is the ip, if you want to confirm I'm a developer.)

I can bring coding skills, as well as ideas and personality. I would like to say that I can brighten anyone's mood and read it. I'm a skillful negotiator and judge. I act unbiased and impartial in all cases.

I'm a great developer. I can provide many custom plugins and provide them efficiently and quickly.

Depends on the day. But yeah, most days you will see me on for the majority.

As a developer you will have many abilities that others do not and would give you a significantly unfair advantage over the others so you are not able to participate in gameplay as a normal player Unless you are given permission from the LSAs and up. Is this Okay with you?: Yes

We understand that as a Developer you will get requests from other servers for your services and we are okay with this, However we plan on providing payment for work that the Gods agree we can use and cannot replicate using a scripting plugin. In exchange for a paid plugin we do not want the source code or copies of the finished product distributed to other servers. Is this something you can agree to? Yes
