Sent him a PM just after your reply (4 days ago) - no response yet.

Is there a special moderator IRC channel or anything you could maybe give him a poke in or anything?

I think there should be enough proof in the fact the IP is different anyway... connecting to my IP and that IP will take you to different servers entirely. There is no duplicate listing - its purely a bug.
