Help/JavaEdition my fps is 20 on low settings with a gaming laptop

Is your fps capped to 20? And yes, please reply with the specs. Although, I am not sure how much that will actually help

When I see "Black Isn't Depressing-It's Poetic" I instantly think of "But when your troubled and hurt, what you got under your shirt, will make THEM PAY FOR THE THINGS THAT THEY DID!!". I love MCR, keep in mind that im not a teenage girl.

I know how to make a server, but unfortunately my internet is sub-par. If you need mods, I can make them for 1.7.10. And quite unfortunately only 1.7.10 because I cannot be bothered to learn the newer forge events. If you want help with other stuff just hit me up. Especially anything computer related, I know Java and Javascript and can take apart/reassemble a computer with ease. My discord is @brocksasavage#2210
