Plugin Experience: I own my own server, it is currently up and running and it's a factions / PvP Server.
Leadership Skills: I own my own server and I am school captain at my school. I play often and enjoy enforcing rules.
Maturity Level: Over 9000? (:
How do you deal with conflict: Ask a person to stop. if they don't stop, a kick will be implemented, if they don't stop again, one more kick, they do it again, i'll either temp mute them, or temp ban them depending on the case and the severity of the case.
Hours/Day You're On: 4-5 hours a day/
Can you manage the staff: I sure can manage the staff as I can manage everyone and everything on my server.

I have been playing Minecraft for approximately a year and a half now, and still love it.

· Have you owned a server before?
I have owned 2 and one of them recently went down due to lack of donations to keep the server running..

· Do you have all the qualities in the Needed Qualities part of the application?
My age is under the stated age of 15, as I am only 14. But I am not immature in any way, I can follow every one of your servers rules and enforce them the best I possibly can. I believe a good server is a server that has a good player base, can have fun, and if possible, minigames for the players (:

past experience:
I was owner on a server that went down on the 18th due to lack of donations unfortunately, and i'm currently owner on my mates server.
I was an Admin on several different servers, which have been switched owners and have been banned for no reason, and a mod on several, which didn't need my help any more.

Why would you make a good staff
: I can play regularly, and I have helped many servers get players, and get their server a good head start on the minecraft server games (aka being a very popular server) I can offer my obedience to every rule and will allow the players and other staff a happy and enjoyable time on the server.

how long have you played minecraft:

I have played minecraft for about a year and a bit now, and have had experience on many servers, but I love Factions and survival the most. But I'm a decent builder, I'd rate myself probably a 7-8/10.

For someone applying for a such high rank as staff, you deserve to know as much as possible about them. Why put in an application if your not going to put in the time for help.
