3. iv bin honeing my skills as a builder for the past year but i have no references to go back on. im hoping this will be the reference i can give to someone else along the line.

(Builder) i dont see myself as better then anyone. i see that i have a set of skills that is as a higher level than others but that's only threw honing my skills and never giving up.
