The age rating system is possibly the most ridiculous thing invented in my opinion. I played gta 3 WHEN IT WAS RELEASED and i'm 15 years old. So I was like 4-5 when it came out, I fully understood it and everything. The violence and stuff. My parents TRUSTED me to play the game and not re-enact it. I'm now getting A's and B's in my GCSE's and the violence has no effect on me. That's how the age rating system is flawed and it comes to the maturity and knowledge of who and who not to sell it to. I think that at least a survey of how mature and non-idiotic someone is, should be given at the time of purchase. And even then that's flawed! There needs to be a better system in place and not just 'age ratings'.
