Hey guys its Co-Owner 1 here idk if Tanned is seeing these as i haven't seen him reply to many so i will remind him in case he isn't. I think your applications are great but not many people applying for builder and whatnot.

Backstory(At LEAST 1 paragraph long!): Has only been captured once, he is to fast and to overwhelmingly powerful for most trainers. but to his surprise, the trainer that caught him was bye far the best trainer ever. he and lugia grew a close bond, until the day came when the trainer just... disapeared... lugias rage and sadness tore across all the regions... people who were having a cup of water suddenly were soaked.. the oceans were crazy. but then all the other pokeon that could get to him tried to calm him... and soon they did. noone has seen him since he went into his cave last and blocked it. the waters around his cave never calm.... poor Ash(o_O all i could think of)...
Personality: calm(after centuries of anger) and patient. but always with 2 kinds of sadness in his eyes. longing for his last trainer... and seeing how corrupt and evil the world had become...
Appearance:(cant seem to get pic here.. so ill describe, or try to) he is 20 ft long(i has no idea if ths is true) he has really sharp spikes on his back because he sharpens them every day.
