What is your experience coding plugins?: I know what I'm doing when it comes to developing. I also have great grammar and experience in all types of fields so I can help with server management as well. I think I would be a great addition to your Development/Staff team and I can help you out in pretty much any way that you need. I'm a pretty big geek though, and I love technology.
What would you do in situation A & B?
A) I would ban the IP address of the user. This will prevent any further logins from an alt account unless they use a VPN. Hopefully you have good hosting with DDoS protection for this case.
B) I explain to the players that it is just a game. I tell them to settle their differences. If they continue to argue, I will mute both of them so they don't disturb other players.
What languages do you know? English and a bit of Spanish, very fluent in English.
