Our admin faked a quest pretty well the other day...
He first opened a nether portal and spawned a ghast. We killed it and closed the portal.
He then opened another portal near my house. Same thing. He then proceeded to tell us all about some plugin apparently called World of Corruption (Let me know if it's real!) and how he had installed it and removed it. He said apparently something was left over, and that our world would soon basically turn into a nether clone. Later, he put some lapis behind the portal. Made a portal near my brother's house. Put diamond behind it (Oooh, now it's progressing even further) and finally, made some ridiculous speech about a purple worm and a giant portal. He then took us to the nether and walked about 30 seconds, where we found a portal with obsidian behind it. We deactivated it and he used his invisibility to make water start pouring out of it.
Later, my brother's portal lit on fire and water poured out.
A moment later, I walked out of my house and noticed he was removing the lapis and putting water. Oops, forgot to turn invisible!
Anyway, I hope this can prove to be a basis for a much more epic quest.
