About Yourself: I play some sports and like video games.
What do you plan to accomplish working for this server? I plan to grow a great community, support staff, and always answer peoples questions at the best of my ability.
What can you provide to the team? I can provide watching over players to see if they are doing anything bad, help staff members out in tight situations, and being a great player for everyone.
Why do you want to join our team? I think this will be a new experience for me to try because I've never been staff on one of these server before. Also I want to create a huge community so tons of new or returning players will play.

Position: Moderator
What's your expertise in helping? I'm good at helping players whether its about the server or about minecraft. I also get along with mostly everyone I meet except hackers.
What are your experience of staff? I've been multiple ranks such as Co-Owner to Helper.
Have you ever been banned before? If so why? No I've been banned because I follow the rules given to me.

Scenario:
[You will need to answer these from past experience of staff.]
What would you tell somebody who has asked you to unban their friend? I would say, "I don't have the power to decide that, if you want to unban your friend ask the owner or co owner about it or tell your friend to go to the forums and write a complaint."
How would you answer a player who has asked you to check out a grief? First I would ask him where was the grief then I would probably tp to him to see what happened.
How would you handle a player that is being disrespectful to another player? I would warn him to stop twice and if he did it a 3rd time I would kick him for however long necessary.
What would you do if you see a Staff member abusing his powers? I would report it to an Admin or Owner/Co-Owner.

Are you excited for this!?!: I am very excited for this. I always wanted to be staff on a kitpvp server because it looks like so much fun to create and have a good community.
Any experience(Provide proof): I have (had) experience being staff but sadly all the servers i've been staff on have closed down. The servers that I have been staff on were on a mod called Pixelmon but both of the servers i was on closed due to the owners giving up after a certain amount of time. I have also been staff I guess on minecraft servers but the owner always gives up before they even open it, so that's why I hope you want do that and will keep the server going.
What can you contribute: I can contribute to helping the server grow, watching the server, and help staff out with builds and server things like little plugins or other stuff.
Tell me about yourself: I'm 14 and my name is Jacob. I play sports but I try not to let that get in the way of me playing. I have to go back and forth to houses due to personal reasons and will be gone 2 days every other week.
Why should you be chosen over the others: I take making servers very seriously and get along with people very easily along with work.
Do you have the ability to take charge when the owners are away: Yes
What steps would you take for rule breakers/DDOS: Depending on my rank if I was mod or admin I would warn them first if it was something not that bad but if it was something like hacking I would either report this to an owner or a higher staff member than me or depending if you trust me or not take actions myself. (Only if you say i can)

What past Experience do you have as Staff on Servers: I have been through many ranks on one of my friends old server. I was mod and went through all the ranks to co-owner.
Are you currently staff on any other servers: None at the moment, but i'm oped on one of my friends servers cause sometimes i help him build stuff for his server.

What makes a good admin to you?: A good admin to me answers the players questions without ignoring them because that's super annoying to me on other servers, they also help out other staff members on the server whether its something easy, hard, or you the admin don't understand.

What are you applying for: Mod
Why do you want to be staff: I want to be staff because minecraft has been losing my interest lately and I need a server I can work on and have a nice community to talk and play with.
Have you ever been staff on any other server? If so what ones: I have been many ranks on a server called DarkPrison such as Mod to Co-owner (The server stayed up for 2 years but went down because the owner quit.) One other server called TownyHavan i am a OP.
Ever been banned on a server: Yes I was once, a long time ago helping a friend get more players on his server I was banned for advertising. Haven't done that again.
What are your qualities: I am good with helping people on the server, helping staff members, working with others, and taking care of problems that are going on the server, so basically server moderation. I can do some other things but depending on what they are i will try my best.
How long will you be able to spend on my server per day: Definitely more than a hour a day. One thing though about my schedule is i'm gone 2 days once every week.

How could you help noble?: By helping out people who don't know what to do or if they are asking questions. I can also do whatever higher up staff members tell me to do.

If we were to say that staff don't get to play as much because they should be more focused on moderating and making sure the chat is good and players are doing what there suppose to be (not breaking rules) what would you say? be honest: I would say that is ok because if i'm helping the server then thats great but its also good because sometimes i get bored of playing minecraft and that gives me something to do.

Why do you want to apply for NOBLE and not another server?: Because i want to help this server grow and be apart of building it up.

Why you wish to be staff: I love SAO, ALO, etc. and want to help this server grow by teaching people about sao and helping out all the staff members too.
Have you seen SAO, GGO, ALO or all?: I have seen SAO, ALO, GGO, and can't wait for season 3 of underworld.
What rank do you want?: I will take any rank if it helps you guys but what i want is admin, mod, or helper.

I am a big fan of Sword Art Online too and would love to help with anything you need. I also have a friend that would help as well. I have seen all the seasons and know a lot.

Things i can do to help you is, give ideas to you or help build the server. I have also played on a sword art online minecraft server and know a few things about it.
