I looked into it and it is in fact an and gate it works just like one even though it does look like an XOR gate

karrthus1:P i was gonna say it isnt an and gate but my computer decided to stop letting my type

if i am correct it is a xnor gate.

first of all your sig. is creepy as hell and I forgot what an AND gate was for a second but I realised what it was and I think your right but either way it will work as my buffer for my computer
