Not sure what you want me to say in regards to applying but as far as ideas I have a few that may help. Getting A team speak server would be almost a necessity to keep people constantly interacting with the community. Different types of factions such as OP factions and vanilla to give the games some diversity. The whole server could have a particular theme that all the different game modes can have its own spin on. Custom Anti-cheat to make sure no hackers come along. Good perks for donations/ ranks.
