Hey I have lots of experience with being staff and I could help a lot. Ive never been paid before but I think I can work hard for you even if you dont pay me. I will post an application under:

Experience: Staff experience, I have been all staff positions many times. Those positions have been: Loyal, Helper, Mod, Head Mod, Admin, Head Admin, Co-Owner, Owner. Owner has been on my server, and on other servers of people that trusted me. Experience with Minecraft, I have played minecraft for many years and I have even gone to MineCon 2013.
Strengths and Weaknesses: I am a great builder, good with plugins, mature when I need to be, awesome with redstone, great staff member, friendly to players and server team. I am not really bad with anything in the game, except I cant make plugins.
Tell us about yourself: I am 14, I have played Minecraft since April 2012, I went to MineCon 2013 in Orlando Florida, I can get on the server 80% of the time, will soon be as much as I want when I get a new computer, I have been staff on a lot of servers, currently in a SMP community server, and not currently staff on any server. Most servers I become staff on go down from lack of donations, and I also am not a donator usually.

i have the 6 plus and i love it, al i do is watch youtube so the creen size is awesome, it still fits in my pockets, and easy to hold when you get used to it, id suggest that.

I dont remember mine, it wouldve been like 3 years ago, but it was probably a mob, or falling off a hill, i wouldve been really disappointed and confused because i didnt understand the game at all

How often do you play?: I play 3 hours a day. But I have no school and can play as long as you want everyday.
Why do you want to be staff?: Because I love helping server communities grow and develop. I have been every rank on servers from Helper to Co-Owner and also ran my own bukkit server. PS I can say a lot more and do whatever you need me to do on skype.
