I know we are getting off topic but really I can't believe that what the heck is going on command blocks are really becoming corrupt
They aren't "corrupt" because that's not what they are using. There is a code in their servers to remove X amount of money from said player, in exchange for the effect / perk. They wouldn't be able to use Command Blocks.
And if it was to use command blocks, how would they be more corrupt then non-corrupt? Many adventure map makers, who make excellent maps, use command blocks for their maps.
I know you said "Becoming" but pure honesty right now, they aren't becoming corrupt. I would set down a huge table on how they aren't corrupt, but I'm not in the mood to send you five thousand characters in one reply. For ButterblenderButterblenderI disagree. I think it is unfair that players can't donate for special ranks. Now nobody will make money because of it. They allow players to donate, but they are not allowed to get special ranks? what the heck?
They aren't not going to "make money" because of it, how are the big servers (IE servers like Hive, Omega Realm, Wynncraft, and such as that.) going to survive this?
The typical fans.
Like fans of Creepy Pastas (Jeff the Killer, Slenderman, Jane The Killer, Smiledog, Candle Cove, Robert The Doll, The Russian Sleep Experiment, things like that) they will "feed" these big servers. As in, to keep them active they would actually donate. Its like making more Smiledog and Slenderman stories to keep the topics going. Or for a better Creepy Pasta mayhem that most Minecrafters know, The Herobrine.
So with these fans, or just people who love the servers, giving them money to spend to keep the server up, these servers will stay.
I do not find it unfair.
Joesiffley buys Minecraft. He is an expert coder. He makes a server and gets five hundred people on it, five quarters of that five hundred have payed him for Fly, and the rest have paid him for moderator.
Its unfair for Joesiffley to make money out of someone else's game.
Still don't see hows its unfair? Okay. How about this.
You make this beautiful game, I come in and buy it and download server files to start up my own server. However, I'm running these so called "donations" to earn money for different perks, that you made. Lets say effects.
I am using your server files that you made, your game that you and your team made, just to get money for myself.
That's not fair for your company, same as MOJANG.
I don't see World Of Warcraft and TERA saying "oh her der pay me x amount of money and i give you x" on their games. Its obvious MOJANG probably wouldn't do the same for their game either.
Now then.. I'm done for today since I technically just wrote more then one article.

The unfair advantages as I understand range from getting moderator just by paying one hundred something, to paying five bucks for "Fly" and "Invisibility" and even "Invincibility" in many, many, many servers.
Honestly that's bukkit's fault there no invincibility outside creative mode should even exist!
Its in Vanilla. /effect [playername] 11 99999 100 or [I think] /effect [playername] 10 99999 100
Just those one / two effects can cause invincibility to said player.
