So it looks like it's not a timings issue, it's a chunk issue. I had one of the other admins go to where the animation is failing to clone and his presence there makes the animation run smoothly.
Sure thing! Here is the format I have and it basically repeats it until it's finished. I'm not familiar with the scoreboard function so I'm not exactly sure how to utilize it for this. I did try altering the timing a bit, but to no avail.
