Is the cooler really required? It's just additional work that is just using your money.
ItsBillIf you're not going to overclock the CPU, then a third party heat sink isn't as important.
The stock heatsinks are quieter too, in my experience.
I used a stock CPU cooler in the past cause it was cheap, sure its good for most people, but you dont want to have a jet turbine as soon as you fire up a CPU intensive program.
Also it keeps your CPU cooler which is better and if you like to overclock you can do that too.
Strum355I find 2tb of storage waaaay too much, the rest seems fine though.
You make it into a digital 500GB and 1300GB, use the 500GB for C and the 1300GB for Movies, tv shows, music.
For example , a 720p episode = 1,4GB lets say you have 10 episodes in a season.
14GB per season. And a good 720 p movie is also 7GB.
Games are getting over 15gb per piece so i dont find 2tb a lot.
I got 2x2TB of which one is full. and the other is getting over the half. (SSD for OS)
@ WaterNode, i havent looked at AMD CPU's since they normally dont deal the punch you need. A benchmark is a benchmark, but how does it compare in game benchmarks.
