I'm not sure what to think at this point. I think you should move on to interactive support, like sharing your screen with someone who knows their way around your router model.

That's what you should be forwarding to in the router's control panel.

Is 192.168.1.79 your server's local IP address? Check ipconfig.

25565? im not sure i understand the question
If you port forwarded properly, you picked a local IP address to forward port 25565 to. This is in the guide I posted. Please follow it and let me know when things stop working.

I can join my server locally but when someone tries joining from my ip they can't.
What IP are the ports being forwarded to?
