Minecraft/Servers Looking For ALL Staff to help run My server

Hi I noticed no one was applying for Developer, although I can't code my own plugins I can do everything else besides that. I can write permissions and configure plugins and help troubleshoot issues with plugins.

If yes to last question, what are reasons why you've been banned: I was trying to tell a admin that he muted the wrong person(there was a JRB1399 and a jbr1399 and he muted the wrong one) and he banned me for it.
Preferred minecraft playing style (ex. miner, farmer, builder, etc.): Miner/Farmer
Why you'd like to be part of this server community: This looks like a fun community and a RP server sounds like a nice change to the faction survival kick I've had lately.

Why we should choose you: I am very knowledgeable in plugins and configurations. I can configure permissions and most popular plugins. I have had lots of experience in both positions. I can give references to a few servers I've held these positions on but I would prefer to do that in private.
How can you help us: I can help by configuring plugins and I am great at permissions. I can also build custom environments with VoxelSniper and other things like that.

Admin Staff Applications Format
Age - 16
Experience - I have been an Admin on many many servers, I can name a few and give references who you can talk to on Skype, but I would prefer not to say in a public forum.
Why you apply - I have been away from Minecraft for some time and want to get back so I am looking for a good community to help out in.
How Will you punish a player - The punishment will fit the crime. If a person is spamming they will get a temporary mute. If they are breaking a non-chat rule I will probably give them a warning and if the problem persists I will temp-jail them. If that doesn't stop then they will get a temp-ban and finally if they are just all set on trying to wreck the server I would ban them. There are crimes that would require me to skip a warning or skip the jail time and go right to a temp-ban but I would usually follow in that order.
