    About Yourself: Im a perky 14 year old guy who loves minecraft and everything about it! Im a country kid, so i love being outdoors xD. I also love to joke around and have fun!, Im very creative and I love to share my new ideas with people everywhere, and I love to make new friends and help people out as much as i can! I can be strict or mature when i have to but, like said above i like to joke around or goof off My IQ is average so i do pretty well in school and enjoy it! I respect everyone and treat everyone as i would like to be treated, which is good
    What can you bring to the server: I can bring, New people to join the server, Lots of great ideas! a friendly kind environment for everyone and just an overall great place to be! I can bring some great building ideas and some overall cool things. I may be able to donate eventually and hopefully make the server a very well known server, that everyone will enjoy! I can also help with maybe a website or something or maybe an app, (is i can figure out how they work, but it probably wont be too hard) I can also promote the server as much as possible to get people on, by voting everyday for it, and telling all my friends to join, and getting them to tell there friends to join! Also Im strict as said above in the other question, i follow the rules, and i make sure everyone follows the rules, if someone breaks a rule, they are going to have a punishment! No Exceptions for anyone, meaning if they are my friend and they break a rule, im not going to leave them , im going to have to punish them, and it wont bother me to do it! I also have alot of time on my hands to do lots of things, so when you, the owner and other staff are off, I will probably be on, doing things, or watching over the server to make sure everything is okay and going well.
    How active can you be: In a week i am on about 10 - 50 hours sometimes ill be on more, and sometimes i will be on less depending on the week, or day! But overall I will be Very Very Active (as said above i have lost of free time on my hands)
    Past experience: My Experience with working on minecraft servers are moderate. I have some experience with being a co owner on 1 or 2 servers, and i have some experience with Mod or Admin and almost all of the servers i worked on are closed and were small, with the biggest one having 60+ players on at tops! But I do know how to moderate and run a server very well, even without a TON of experience. But i also am working on a server right now, called RageRealm, Its very fun and im a mod on the server, so im not doing too much there being a mod and all, So i would probably be more active on this server

    5)Why you want this position: I want this position because I feel like i would be a great pick cause i can be a very friendly and kind person and i could bring a fun vibe to the server And also because i have lots of free time on my hands, and i feel like i could help out alot by being on while other staff are off doing other things.
    6)What makes you qualified: I am Qualified because i can follow rules easily, I can learn things easily, i can make sure everyone on the server has a fun time, and by making new people join i can help the server grow a lot! and hopefully one day it will be a great server that is very well known and very awesome! I am also qualified because im strict, not to strict but im strict on rule, so if someone is breaking a rules, they will get a punishment! No exceptions for anyone! I really think im a great candidate for this position on the server and if you don't think so maybe I could have a lower position but, i think i would be great for co-owner!
    7)Past experience: Well I have been staff on many server and almost all of which are closed, and are no longer open, but! When I did work on those servers i did a great job and one of them i got promoted to co owner one. I was very pleased with all of these servers, but the reason they shut down, was because not many people were joining maybe 40+ on the biggest server, but that dosent mean the time there was bad, it was a great time and i met many new friends! Also right now i am working on a server called RageRealm, I am mod on it and it a great server!

    4.) How important is this to you? This is extremely important to me for many reasons!! I have tons and tons of free time on my hands and would love to work on this server and also because I think i would be a great aspect to this server
    5.) How many hours are you willing to dedicate? I am willing to dedicate 10-30 hours a week! Maybe more or less depending on the week.
    6.) How can we trust that you’re going to be a dedicated and trustful staff member? You can trust that ill be dedicated and trustworthy because overtime you will get to know me more and get to know i'm trustworthy and that i really do care about this server and want to make s a better place and really want everyone to have a good time on it!
    7.) Any past experience in this field or something similar? I have few experience with being mod or Admin. All of the servers that I have worked on are now closed and no longer going and most of them were really small and have not had very many people join, the biggest server i worked on had at most 30 players! But i really think i would be okay with working with this, Just because i don't have A LOT of experience doesn't mean i'm not good
    8.) Describe your personality to us? I'm Friendly, kind, and very upbeat! I always try to live life to the fullest and joke around as much as i can! I can be serious when I have to but i also really like to goof off or joke around

You should pick me because i'm as said above very friendly, and love to play minecraft a lot I'm also a great pick because i can bring lots of new players to the server, and make sure everyone has a good time. Also because i will enforce the rules to everyone, no exceptions! I also have some great ideas for minecraft servers and maybe I could share some with the server and maybe it will make the server better! I really think i'm a great pick for all of the reasons up above and really hope you like my reasons!

    Experience Being An Admin: I have a bit of experience being an admin, most servers that i have been on are now dead and no longer here today and they were really small servers with 50 tops on some.

    Why Should I Choose You: You should choose me because I can be mature but at the same time goof around a bit, Overall im very kind and funny and very strict when it comes to the rules of the server!     Past experience: I have a bit of experience with being an Admin or Mod on minecraft servers most of which i applied for on here and all of which i am no longer apart of, they all are no longer here today, and most of them were very small with very few players joining at the most 50.
    Knowledge of plugins and error codes: I have almost 0 knowledge with plugins and error codes but im sure it wouldn't be that hard to learn!
    Reason for wanting to become an Administrator: The reason for me wanting to be an Administrator is because first of all minecraft has been getting boring lately and i really wanna share my good ideas, and maybe make the server a bigger place! Also i think i would be a good role model for some people and I'm a great helper and coordinator! I could bring a fun vibe to the server and make sure everyone has a great time playing!     What is the job of an admin? The job of an Admin is to Administrate the server by doing lots of different things, Making sure people follow the rules, Helping out the owner and other staff with new ideas for the server, Making sure people are having fun and lots of others.
    If you saw a staff member abusing players, what would you do? I would most likely try to get them to stop whatever they are doing or screenshot whatever they are doing and send it to the owner and let them make up the punishment for them.
    If there is an extreme glitch or exploit found, what will you do? Fix it ASAP and try to get everyone to stop doing the glitch or exploit and to tell the owner as well!

    State: I live in Canada, And Canada doesn't have states
    Have you ever been Admin before: No i haven't been Admin but i have been moderator on a server.
    How much time can you be on the server each day: I will spend a few hours each day, but some days i may not get on. Due to school. But i will try my very very hardest to get on the most i can!
    What do you do if a player has gotten stuck in a 2x2 hole and he cannot get out: Well if a player got stuck in a 2x2 hole and can't get out i would tell him to use one of the warps like /spawn or tell him to place a block down and climb out... Or he could also break a block and climb out.
    What do you do if a Moderator is abusing his power and players are complaining: I would obviously ask the moderator if he/she is abusing there powers and if they lie to me i would probably just watch him to see what he is doing and if i find out that he is abusing, then i would most likely ban him for being mean and not following the rules.
    If a Moderator asks you a question what do you do? I would answer there question the best i can and tell them everything they need to know. If they need to know anything i would gladly help them with everything.
    Are you supposed to help with building: (yes/no) I would help if they needed help, but if the builders don't need any help i would just leave them to do their work.

    Why do you think you would be good for this position: I think i would good for this position because im very kind and i will be kind to all the players and i also am strict on rules Exp: No Cursing,hacking,cheating and all the other bad things that go on in minecraft servers. I am also good at solving conflicts between players by 1- Getting them to calm down 2- Figure out what is wrong between them. 3-Solve the problem without yelling or not listening to both sides of the story.

    How many hours can you contribute: I can usually spend up to 2-5 hours a day. But if for some reason i couldnt get on some day i would let another staff memeber or you know before i leave.

    Why do you want to be staff: I would love to be staff because i think i could cheer people up on the server and make the server a really welcoming place for all people and make sure the server is safe from hacks/cheats. And you can trust me because i am i really loyal guy.

    How can you help the server: I could help the server by first of all telling all of my friends about the and getting them to join and keeping the server from hackers, cheaters and mean/rude players and i will NOT tolerate band language on the server because no one should curse! And i would make sure that when new players on the server would get a kind welcome to the server and get help if they need any help with anything. I could also make sure that no one is fighting or having conflicts and if they are and can settle them down and figure things out and get them to feel better and stop fighting!

    What would you do if you saw a hacker, xrayer or spammer/advertiser:
    Hacker = Ban
    Xrayer = Ban
    Spammer = Mute --> Kick --> Temp Ban
    Advirtiser = Mute --> Kick --> Temp Ban
    Experience: I was mod on a server once and i was temp. mod on 2 servers.

    What position?: I Would Love Admin but if not moderator if good too.
    What experience do you have in this field?: I was mod on a minecraft server before not a very popular server but i was mod and i found it pretty easy and i would love to see how good i can be at being a Admin maybe :/
    Describe yourself!: Well im a very quirky 13 year old boy who loves to play minecraft and if you need a laugh i guess im here xD but im from canada (you probable dont care) and yeah thats it :/
    How do you deal with conflicts?: I deal with conflicts by trying to settle everyone down then figure out what is wrong (if you dont already know) and then try to help the person/people out with whatever they are fighting about and try to not get frustrated and yell at them and try to get them to stop yelling if they already were yelling and just keep the server from fights!
    What can you tell me that would further insure my trust in you as a staff member?: You could futher insure your trust with me because ill let you know im a loyal and cooperative guy and im never just gonna leave without telling anyone and i probable never will leave because i am loyal i wont just give up if im frustrated and quit ill figure it out and stay calm because im not that kind of a guy who quits in the middle of people fighting or just leaves without telling anyone.
    Why do you want to join this team?: I would love to join this team because i think i could bring some people to the server make the server a better place by not allowing cheaters or mean people and being nice to everyone and i mean EVERYONE on the server because i hate mean people and i dont want to be a mean person to anyone on a wonderful server. And i would NOT tolerate bad language on this server because no one needs to curse or yell!

    Well Since it is summer and im out of school quite a bit but i do have things to do in the summer but i usually get on everyday i can.
    Why should I pick you?:
    You should pick me to be Admin because i think i would be very helpfull to the server by adding my kind and love nature to the server And i would also like to note that i will not tolerate bad behavior on the server and i would love to help the new people that join the server. You should also pick me because i think everyone is kind and i would never insult or harm a player in a verbal or physical way (unless its a mini game xD) and im always nice to other players. But i will also make sure that everyone will follow the rules and listen to staff members and treat them well for what they are doing for the server.
