If you don't want to force your players to use mods on your server for the resource pack to work, then you're kind of in a tough spot.




Model Engine does that very fine on spigot

Something I've forgot to ask is what about light ? Is there anyway to reproduce lighting like torch ? If I override Torch with a new item maybe light is coming with this new item ?

As I said, I don't want to use Optifine because I don't want to force players coming on my server to use it.

I want to prevent people from having mandatory Optifine. I'll use Model Engine plugin for that

We are agree about items and blocks models ? No need something more, we can do that whitout optifine or plugins
