Help/JavaEdition Block Harvest Level Forge Help PLEASE!! ?

If you still need help with this:

1) Look in the "ForgeHooks" file, it has examples of it.
2)Did you set the tool class with the "setToolClass" method.
3)The "setBlockHarvestLevel" method works best when used in the load method of your mod_*** file.
