First of all, I stop them from fighting imediatlly. I tell the donar to not threaten player1 about his faction. I also tell player1 to not worry about the donar's faction, and to keep on working peacefully. I would have to possibly kick/tempban people if anything serious happens afterwards. I would tell the both of them that this is not a server for fighting. We must co-operate and work as a team. I know that they arent in the same factions, but treat each other with some decentcy and respect.

Scenario 2: I first would clarify with DJ if he agreed he could be OP. I would not let him be OP until you confirm you said this. If you did not say he could be OP, he may be jailed/tempbanned for lying and trying to get OP.

Staff Experience: I have been a staff member on many servers. I know the right things to do, and I know how to serve a server properly. I inforce the rules, and I don't let people get away with things.
What Do You Do As Staff Member: As a staff member, I would roam the server looking for the trouble, so that I could bring justice to whom needs it. I would be active, advertise as needed, assist others in work such as where to locate the rules, what the website of the server is, basic things such as that.

This is getting ridiculous. This guy is new to MineCraft. Don't abuse him for being a little shaky with the game. Besides, nobody explained the broken fence/oak slab.

This post should be locked before any fighting/arguing starts. If there is a moderator, or even an administrator, please lock the forums immediately.

Age: I am 13 years of age. If I do not make it because of my age, I understand.
Gender: I am of the gender Male.
What experience have you had as admin/moderator/staff?: The experience I have is being an administrator, a Main Owner, a Co-Owner, and a moderator. I have held almost every staff position on servers. Obviously not most of the servers, but I play enough servers that I became at least every rank. I know plugin commands, I know how to help others in a time of crisis. I also advertise the server when necessary.
Why do you want to be a admin/moderator?: I want to be either of the two because I am experienced and get the job done. I love helping, and look forward to possibly becoming staff on your server.
How do you solve problems?: I solve problems calmly and responsibly, I use my brain to figure out a good solution, and if I can't, I contact anybody who could.
How well do you behave around people?:
Are you mature?: Yes, I am mature. On a scale I would say 8/10.
Do you get along with others(Nothing's worse than 5 admins arguing with each other)?: Yes, I do get along with other people.
Anything else: Multi's awesome. I was going to post on your other topic, but you said not to post, because of the fact that the forum topic was closed and no longer needed.
