Nice. Keep at it and you'll improve a lot. I'm into web coding and hopefully will be taking some courses in the future. Like UMayBleed mentioned the background colour could be changed to something else as it doesn't really look the best colour.
I doubt you will find a person who will do it for free. I'd suggest you either use a website hosting company or alternatively pay for a template/pay a developer but these are quite pricey.
I personally lost interest in the video. You need to talk in the Machinima as that makes it better and more interesting. Also don't have particle effects on...that made it look not so good. Continue with making them as you will soon improve though
