Do you have experience with Plugins and Permissions: I owned my own server and am very familiar with many permissions slash plugins especially with PermissionsEx and GroupManager, Also i'm great with regions including WorldGuard and i'm great with a wand such as worldedit. Also if you need help with permmissions i can add them very fast and well.
