Well, try and adjust the skintone, perhaps find another shading technique? It's a good skin though!

Minecraft/Discussion Is the amount of staff on MC servers really necessary?

As a mod on a server, staff are necessary.
My reasons:

1) Different people come on at different times - it's good to have a range of staff with different timezones so that they can check in at different times.
2) People find ways to cheat - whether it's a plugin glitch or a game bug, they'll cheat and plugins can't detect it - you need staff to prevent that.
3) Sometimes hackers get in and glitch the plugins - you need staff to ban.
4) Griefers can still grief with some plugins, but you can undo their grief. You still need staff to ban and undo the grief.
5) Some plugins don't provide your needs. People can still break the rules and you need staff to prevent that.

That's all my points. Staff are necessary.

Hair colour: Please could it be baby pink with some strands of light blue and purple? And have a hairband around the top of the head (so it goes around the forehead)
Hair type: Long
Eye colour: Hot Pink
Shirt type: A top showing about 2/3 lines of the belly :p (I want to make it like hipster a bit yeah sorry I have an addiction for saying 'like' xD)
Example for the shirt type: Long sleeves, short sleeves, tank top, ect: Tank top
Shirt colour: White
Pants type: Short shorts
Example for the pants type: Shorts, jeans, skirt, ect: jean shorts
Pants colour: the colour of denim/light dirty blue (I think that's a colour)
Shoes: Boots
Example: Boots, Sneakers, Flats, ect: A bit like lace up converses but just taller in a boot style

Why are you interested in being a staff member for this server.
Harry Potter is the best movie series and I absolutely love it! I actually am a HP Nerd and all that but I hide it because people think I am a nerd because I play minecraft and watch Harry Potter a lot.

Do you love Harry Potter.
Of course I do! I've seen all the movies more than 5 times, no joke, I've read all the books, I have a Hermione Granger costume (because YOLO) and I just love the plot in every movie and I also love all the potion making and spells. It's got a very interesting storyline and I find it hard to stop watching, as well as stop reading the books!
What are the skills and abilities you'll bring to this server.
I will bring maturity, responsibility, a good heart to be a staff member and I will help with anything and help anyone that needs help, anyone who is stuck or anyone who is in need of advice. I am fair, straight to the point and very approachable. I love jokes and I'm like your average fun, kind person. I'm sort of a mix between fun, laughs, kindness, nerdiness (that's not a word, I know), cleverness and maturity.
I am willing to do anything to help anyone, I'm that helpful sort of girl! True fact: I actually love dirt which is why I started washing up at about 6 years old.
What is your favorite Harry Potter house.
