I actually think that Windows 8 is pretty good. I don't like the retro, but you can easily bypass it by using a program such as "Classic-shell". Also, you were able to download a Start-menu from a 3rd party site the whole time......

Essentially, by doing these steps you get a Windows 7 XD

2) Age and maturity: I am 17 years old right now, and I personally consider myself a very mature.

3) Why do you want to help: I want to help because I think this would be a good way for me to spend the almost infinite amount of free-time I have. I also would love to meet new people and hang out with an awesome community. I would also really appreciate money because I literally have no funds coming in to sponsor my online endeavors such as websites, servers, and software programming.

4) If someone is spamming racial slurs, what would you do? I would mute the player for 5-10 minutes. While the player is muted I will tell him to stop spamming and using offensive language and that the next time he does so he will get a kick. If he continues to do so he will get a kick. If he still continues to spam racial slurs after getting kicked and rejoining, I will ban him for a week.

Experience: In the past I have been a technical moderator on 2 servers. These servers used to average 50+ people at a time, and I had to make sure that the plugins were functioning properly, and I also had to set up the plugins that they wanted me to set up which included Group Manager, Essentials, PEX, and many other plugins.
What makes you stand out from other applications: I think you should consider me as a moderator because I have the knowledge and experience to maximize the experience of the player so that the player can spend more time playing the game than having to worry about griefers and hackers. I believe that I can help set up plugins and get plugins which any staff member can use without much previous knowledge in plugins or coding.
What could you bring to the server: My experience with plugins.

How long have you been playing Minecraft? I have been playing Minecraft for about a year now.

What do you like to do online? Post on forums like PMC and just chill with other people.

What are some things you have achieved in Minecraft? I have beaten the game on survival which took several months. That is one of my most notable achievments. Right now I am trying to build a functioning redstone calculator.

Have you ever been banned from another server, if yes, what was the reason?:
I have not been banned from another server.

Why should we accept you?: I have had a lot of experience managing members of a sever and helping build spawns and other such things. I believe I have a lot to offer this server.
Previous Experience: I have been Admin, Plugin Manager, and Builder for several severs each of which were averaging 50+ members at a time.

Why shall we pick you: I think I have a lot to offer to this server by being able to make a lot of stuff from scratch, and I can also help by being a good community member. This server seems really cool and I would like to contribute to it.
Do you record (If so whats your youtube): I don't record.
What are you good at (Building, redstone, etc): I consider myself fairly good at building, but I am really good at using redstone and command blocks. I have made several good redstone creations by getting materials on my own in other servers and will try to help do this in this server.

Would you be willing to donate? : I seriously don't have enough money to donate right now, but I think I can make this up with my builds in game
