Help/JavaEdition Texture Pack almost gave a virus.

And sometimes it pops up a random download you should just cancel them rather than downloading them or just read what program it is if its not the program you need then press cancel

Ad.fly Can take you to any website and it may of taken you to a virus maybe. Or that's what I assume

If the "virus" Is an application Go to control panel and You will see "Programs" And under it is a "Uninstall a Program" Click that then find the virus and uninstall it if you have trouble finding it select a program any program then press the first letter that the virus has then when you find it right click it and press uninstall.
