hi id love to help but i have no expierence in servers,i cant help with expenses either but i was recently playing MC with my brother and came up with a great minigame (unfortunately it causes lagg sometimes)
im good with redstone and construction.
im under 16 (by 3 years)
can only start helping in about 6 months (wifi instalation takes a while here)
