Maturity out of 10: 9 but I can still know how to have fun.
How often will I be on: I will be on everyday About 4-7 Hours a day.
Experience with being staff: I have been staff on many different servers. I owned around 3-4 servers about two years ago they had a good 20-50 players on them. I have been developer on many servers as well were I would set up configs, do permissions and things like that. I have also been a Co-Owner on about two server were I would help the owner and other members. Not only have I done all those I have been Head-Admin and Admin on many other servers as well.
What I would do with the server: If you gave me access to the server here is what I would do with it. I would first make it a hub server (No Bungee needed I know how to do it with plugins) it would be Skywars, Survival, Skyblock and something else which people would vote on. I also have the hub already made from a server I had a while ago so I could just put it in the files so it's ready to go. I also have a half made website which I would use it has donation ranks(All the money for that can go to you because I don't need it) I would also hire staff and I would make sure there good for the job.
How I would get players online: I would get players online by posting on planetminecraft, Mclist and many other websites I would also advertise through my skype. Also I would setup Votifier so that way people can vote for cool rewards. I would also get Youtubers to come and record on the server. I would also use many other methods.
Situations:
If someone threatens to DDos: I would instantly Ip ban them without a warning
If someone was advertising: They would be muted
If someone was being harassed by a staff: I would instantly demote that staff member
If someone was hacking: They would most likely be banned
If a staff member abused: They would be demoted to a lower rank were they can not abuse if they do it again they get demoted back to there previous rank.
