Dart65_I have been doing graphic design for at least 4 year now and have learned a lot. I would that the over use of one colour can come out great or come out really bad. Looking at yours it's leaning towards coming out great, although if I had to go on your channel and judge you from your banner I would guess that you would be a Youtuber who travels considering the city in the background, rather than for example you being a Minecraft Youtuber. What you should also do as Jamen above said is check that the images used are not copyrighted, that could really come back to bite you.
Other than that it looks great but here are a few tips, take 'em of leave 'em :
1. As awesome as it is, if you made this yourself and it has your username in the middle of the screen there is no need for a watermark in the corner.
2. As stated above, if you're planning on starting a gaming channel this might not be the best choice for a banner, simply because there is no sign that your channel will be gaming based of it.

NicolettesI like it! Though I agree with the person above about the fact that you should change it to be a little more minecraft/gaming- related(if that is what you're going for).
xKiraYeah I agree with OneChillTree, changing the colour would be a good idea, and I suggest colours that stand out from the background C: You could also try adding an image or two on the sides that are related to the channel C: Apart from that, everything's going perfect.
