Not to be a party pooper, but I recommend doing something other than OpFactions, as that is not original whatsoever and anymore, that's really what's killing minecraft.

How long have you been experienced with plugin deving: Not with deving plugins with java, but using scripts
Why do you want to join: Well, I'm an exprienced staff and it would please me so much if I see a server grow day by day and become one of the top servers online. Can't type really much, not a typo :p
How willing are you to make something on the go if we ask: Depends, if it's really needed, I will try my best to do it
