^How will you help the server: I will be constantly active and online to help those in need, Constantly be monitoring chat for any chat violations ex: Spam, Caps, Language, etc..., Always be checking to see if any /helpop requests have been sent in(if you have it), Also (again if you have it) monitor players that seem to be suspicious based on what I have seen or player tips.
If a hacker comes on to the server what will you do: First get sufficient evidence that they are really hacking, by my own account, what other staff say, and what some players say and then ban them with the reason of Hacking if there is enough evidence to prove it.
If a spammer comes on to the server what will you do: First /mute them and ask them to stop. If they continue I will do what is needed according to server rules and staff rules.
If a advertiser comes on to the server what will you do: Mute them and ask them to stop advertising, if they don't again take the necessary actions according to the rules.
^EXTRA INFO: I am in high school and looking for a job so I could be on less at the drop of a hair, and I'm surprised you did not ask for a age, I will supply mine and see if it influences your choice at all, I am 15 Years Old in the 10th Grade.
EDIT: As soon as I saw that I need to add "Honey Badger" to it I started to die laughing, I suppose I just went right over it since there is that much space between it and the sentence before it.
