Have you worked as a helper before: I have worked as manager developer and builder all at once on a server called OPG craft for 5 years, so technically, yes.

First Time- I shall warn the person
Second Time- I shall kick the person
Third Time- I will, without a doubt ban the person.

First Time- I shall warn the player
Second Time- I shall temp ban the player for a week and watch him very closely once he logs back on.
Third Time- I will, once again ban the player

Anything you feel you should add: I am very understanding on command blocks and the Spigot and Skript API so i can make sure devs are doing their jobs.I am also able to treat staff and players with a respectful manner(No matter how childish) and i always think very creatively and usually come up with ideas for the server on a daily basis.
