How much time can you contribute to the position?: I can contribute a lot of my time to make this server become one of the best!
Have you ever been banned, temp. banned, or muted on a server? If so include details: No I haven't ever been banned or anything in a server.
What do you think moderators should have command wise?: Kick, mute, ban, watch players and things and fly that's really all moderators need because you are moderating the server, keeping the peace to help the users have a good time and not get into any kind of trouble.
How would you deal with:
A Griefer- Depends, on what the Griefer did, like the amount of damage he did would really depend on his punishment, I would probably give them a tempban from what kind of things they have been doing, but if it gets out of control you could just make a jail and put them in there for a super long time so they cannot grief anything, but if that doesn't work you can just ban them or try and remove building and breaking privileges.
A Hacker- You would need to get evidence so you don't get in trouble and have evidence to be able to ban him, but the least worst punishment for a hacker would be a temp ban, but hackers are usually bad so I would probably ban them but depends on what kind of things they did.
A new player- I would welcome new players to the server, show them around and what you are doing and help them out for them to get started, and say the server is hiring a swell if you want to be a staff members, make sure they are having a really good time.
A player asking for promotions- Well, people ask for promotions if they usually think they have been doing a good job as a staff, I would talk to a Higher rank seeing if he has done anything to get a promotion and if he hasn't, talk to him saying what he can do to earn a promotion, but make sure he doesn't keep asking for promotions or he would probably be demoted or even be fired.
Anything else we should know?. I am a person with a lot of minecraft experience, I am wise and mature about it. I have even owned a server and have been mods are several servers.
