A professional scientist Mathias Pearce notices a dramatic temeprature jump around the world. He calls a meteorologist Bill Robinson to ask him what caused that. A few months later, average temperature on Earth reaches 30°C and the Sun is starting to cook our planet. Mathias Pearce meets Dr. Grady Lockwood, a seismologist, and finds out the Earth's core has stopped spinning and cooled down. They haven't found what caused it, and they start making a plan how to fix it. They found a solution, and that is to nuke the core and heat it up. Although, they don't have an idea how to get to the core. The Earth's core was cooled down to a temperature little over 1000°C. So, they made up a brilliant plan to make a ship out of titanium that will drill into the Earth's core. After a 3 months of building, they finished building it and named it Valiance. Mathias, Bill And Grady were employed for that job, and they started drilling in from the Atlantic ocean.
In a short time, they drilled all the way through the crust and went to the mantle that was just 500°C. After 12 hours, they found a dead end, a cooled rock that stopped their way to the core. And they had to get outside and place the bombs to cut that rock. Unfortunately, Bill Robinson stuck on a rock and died in a explosion. So, Mathias and Grady left alone to finish the job. After 10 hours, they reached the outer core that was little over 900°C. Meanwhile, Earth slowly started to lose atmosphere. After another 5 hours, Mathias and Grady reached the inner core that was cooled rock of just 1000°C (it used to be over 5000°C). And they thought they should start dropping the nukes. But, they figured out they can't drop the bombs while the ship was moving, but if they stop the ship, bombs will destroy them before they escape. So, Dr. Grady volounteers to set three bombs to explode manually. Dr. Grady dies saving the world, and the core is now hot and is spinning again.
So actually, i found a lot more people, so i can add more actors, and change the story a bit if you want!
