An example of one of my applications would be this:
IGN*: Kaidensu (To see my past usernames, please execute
http://www.namemc.com/s?Kaidensu .)
Age*: 11 (Please do not deny me for my age. I can prove to be mature, professional, and responsible. I can live up to the high expectations of the rank I am applying for, which will be said later in the application. You will not be disappointed with me/my work.
Rank*: Administrator. (Even if I am asking for a high rank, I can still prove to you that I'm worthy of the position.)
Skype*: Kaidensui (Basically my username but with an 'I' added at the end.)
Maturity* (1-10 and why): My maturity level is at a 9.25. The reason I am so high on the maturity scale is because I have good grammar/spelling, and I can efficiently respond to arguments with valid proof stating that my part is correct. I am also very professional, because I answer people's questions in a way that makes you feel comfortable, and gives you a nice feeling to the server. In conclusion, my maturity level is high, and only rarely is when I break out in laughter, or make bad jokes and look unprofessional. You might never see the immature side of me, resulting in a good outcome of you choosing me to be an Administrator.
Why do you want to be staff?*: I want to be staff because I can live up to the expectations. I really strive to make people proud, and I also strive to make a gigantic, huge, successful server out of a no-known, small server. I'm also looking for a home server. What that means is that every time I play MC, I come to the server at least one time, and have a pretty solid/enjoyable time. (Not saying I will actually play the gamemode, I'm just saying that I will have an occupation of 'entertainment' by playing/managing.)
What can you bring to the server?*: I can bring my extensive knowledge of PermissionsEx, which is a rank-based plugin that is essential to a server. I also know most commands of another rank-based plugin, called GroupManager. I can make wonderful-looking prefixes, as well as that I can smoothly make permissions that apply to the ranks. Although I haven't figured out rank inheritance with both plugins, I still know an essential amount of knowledge when it comes to these plugins. I can also apply my skill of server managing, which means that I can review staff and builder applications, monitor them, and train them to get better in their job. In conclusion, I am a reliable, responsible, mature, and professional staff member who is a great leader, and has an extensive knowledge on rank-based plugins.
If you become staff, what are gonna be your top 3 priorities?*: My top 3 priorities are that 1., I prove to be a model by showing younger-ranked staff how to do their job properly and be responsibly mature. 2., I make sure the server lives up to close to it's best potential, and that I can help professionally build the server to it's best potential. 3., is that I want the server staff and builders to live in harmony. By that, I mean that I want everyone to have fun doing their job, and that no one will have any problems with someone doing something. I also want there to be no arguments, so that the staff team lives doing their job in a clean manner.
What makes you different from other applicants?*: Unlike some, if not most, applicants, I 100% don't lie in my applications. I will not disappoint you, nor anyone else on the staff team. Like I said before, I handle arguments in a professional manner, which is with using screenshots/quotes as proof, and using great grammar. I also get along great with applicants, and I don't swear, making me at a higher level of professionalism.
Experience?*: I have many experiences. Since I have a lot, I don't want to list all of them. I instead would like to list my two most major experiences. Let's start with my Administrator experience. I was at a server named HypothanyPvP, that went down due to unstable server hosting fees, the owner couldn't pay, the staff couldn't donate, etc. My role as an Admin was to read the staff applications and manage staff. I made the owner very proud of my work, as I also made some ranks using PermissionsEx. Since the community seemed like they were so happy with my work, I consider this as my model experience to guide me on a better level of being a great administrator. My 2nd biggest experience that is also very beneficial to my server-moderating life, was at a fairly popular server with a base of about 30-ish different player encounters in one day. The server was very professional, at least the staff were. I was accepted on being staff, and since it was only my 2nd time moderating, I told the owner. He put me in front of a guide that listed all ban times, ban descriptions, and reasons to ban. It also gave me tips on being a good/professionally mature moderator. To this day, I occasionally visit the website that can be looked through a personal encounter with me when requested over skype. In all of my staff-hood experiences, I use the tips and tricks seen on the website to guide me.
Anything else?: No, but I do have something to say.
Good luck to all applicants, and thanks for your consideration in my application, and finally, thanks for reading a part of my application, and if not, my whole application.
