Experience: I have owned a factions server as well and i know most plugins and i have been staff on several different servers.I have also had alot of experience with running into many odd situations which i am happy to say i have handle them all pretty well.

How would you make sure mods are doing their job right: I would make sure the mods are doing there jobs right by analyzing how they handle situations and ask respected members of the server/community if they have seen any problems with any mods or a certain one in particular. I will also ask them personally how things are going and what they have done/how they have done something.

How would you enforce the rules on players and mods: I would first investigate the situation and if the incident is in fact true i would follow the necessary protocol to access the particular incident. If non Of this works or the issue is very severe i will contact someone of a higher rank then me and explain the situation and help them in any way to find a resolution.

What makes you a good Head-Mod: What makes me a good mod is my experience and a variety of different situations and that would help me resolve various problems/situations that occur on the server. I also believe that my people skills would make me a good head mod because i will be able to talk people though tough scenarios and this will help me to explain things to various people on the server.

* what do you like most to do on mc? (mining, farming, pvping, etc...) - pvping
