    Serious post rq. TW. It’s okay to not be okay. It’s okay to have health struggles; emotional, psychical, mental. It’s okay to have bad days. It’s okay to have bad weeks. It’s okay to have bad months. It’s okay to have an explanation or not. It’s okay to be scared for the future or to not know what you’re going to do. Life is insane sometimes, especially as you grow n mature. It will never be perfect and it doesn’t have to be. Don’t hurt yourself trying to make it perfect. Do what makes you happy. Make others happy. If you’re struggling, you aren’t alone. Sometimes it can be hard. Rly hard. Trust me when I say this though, it won’t always be like that. It will most likely take a while to return to what you want it to, but in the meantime, do your best to reach out to/stay in touch w friends and family. The right ppl who care abt you (and who you want to care abt you) will stay there and support you however they can through it all. If you are worried for your own/a loved one’s mental health, tell someone who can help. It is nothing to be ashamed of. It’s definitely difficult to talk abt these topics, but I promise you’ll feel better after. do your best to be a decent human. Sometimes compliments can save someone’s life. Sometimes smiles can save someone’s life. Please be kind to everyone around you. The suicide hotline is 988 for anyone who needs it.
