Right, absolutely.
First of all, to actually play the game (as in the Survival mode), you need a Wiki (or have somebody tell/show you what's what) to really be able to do anything, because how else are you going to know where to go, what blocks/items serve which functions, and how are you to know how to craft anything?
Second, Survival is bland. Minecraft may have a lot of content (Nether, The End, the new underwater kingdoms), but once you actually get there, it's just... boring.
Third, once you do all of those things there really isn't much else to do in the game because there is nothing to achieve.
Finally, Survival as it is isn't worth $30, and don't even try me with Creative because Creative mode is literally just you building shit. Overall it this game would have been the worst $20 I had ever spent on a game had it not been for multiplayer, which is expected to start failing soon sadly.
