I kinda think we are missing the point, he wants to have his own launcher that would be something he would not just use for personal use but to publish as well.
Well it doesn't allow you to get a free server it allows you to get your own server hosted there. Which is a much more complicated thing. Anyway if I read it right you are asking for your own IP which can be obtained by simple websites like http://www.whatsmyip.org/
