    Moderator/Admin on another server?: Own a 24/7 250 slot server, a smaller server, and I'm also staff on many other servers.
    Why you wan't to be moderator?: Looking for a new server to play on, and I like the respect Mod gives you.
    What could you offer?: I have a lot of experience with being staff, and I could put that too good use on you're server. I could also help you advertise if you'd like.
    As moderator I should not:
    A: Jail people cause they killed me.

    Tell me A bit of what you can do to make the server better: I can help with building, deal with griefers and spammers and also help you with advertising you're server.

    PMC/Workshop Program that makes banners

    I use photoshop, haven't tried any of the others yet, and I'm just using the free trial. But I guess for a banner shop, you'll want a program that you can use for free for longer than 30 days, so I guess Paint.NET and GIMP would probably be you're best option.

    Staff Experience: Own a 24/7 server with 250 slots, Also an Admin on a lot of other servers.
    What Do You Do As Staff Member: Well, I deal with people's problems mostly, (Griefing, Protection, Placement of water and lava ect.) I also prevent griefing, and deal with spammers and such.

    I also had this problem, although I think it's actually changing, and new players do see the banner, just that we can't see the change for a while.
    (I asked a player to look at the banner, and they described the new banner, not the old one.)
