After being online for roughly 2-3 weeks, the owner of this server effectively drove away what handful of active players he had through his own brash reasoning and heavy handed enforcement of unwritten rules. Dare not criticize any of his work or ask a silly question, you'll be sneered at and mistreated until you are either banned, or forced to leave due to the unwelcoming environment. Despite having attempted (and failed) to run multiple servers in the past, he clearly hasn't realized that perhaps he's the common denominator that brought on their demise.
