Describe in ways you would handle a situation in which a headmod has teamed up with a mod and is griefing the server, and banning people for no reason:
Ban the head-mod, and Mod with a 1 day temp ban to stop their reign of havoc. And then talk to my head admin as soon as possible.
Describe why we should pick you to be PreAdmin (Minimum 5 sentences):
I've done this kind of work for years. I've been playing Minecraft since the alpha stages, and I've done plenty of admin work. I have very good problem solving skills, and can easily compromise. I enjoy this kind of work because I like helping. I'm very good at making sure both sides are happy but with fair just. You should also pick me because I'm good at development, I can setup plugins and permissions and help with bugs/errors if need be.
Describe In what ways that you would help improve the server by being a PreAdmin (Minimum 4 Sentences):
Well I can do development work, and can easily sniff out people who exploit the server. I would impact the server with my problem solving skills, and being able to make sure both sides are happy. I wouldn't want either side to quit, and I'd make sure I heard both their stories before committing action. I would also improve it by making sure there aren't any people who are abusing plugins, bugs or glitches. Or using unfair exploits in game mechanics. I would also take a lot of time into making sure everyone doesn't go unheard. I would spend more time helping, then playing.

If another admin wrongly bans someone, how would you handle the situation?
First I would inquire about it, and then I would speak to my Head Admin about the situation as soon as I get the chance.
