As a person with a legit art degree, I'm only a fan of using AI for code and getting basic art things started. Any finished project of mine still has the refined human touch. Personally, I argue that AI as an iterative tool is a completely different thing in the hands of an artist who can translate their process into getting AI to deliver their grandiose visions
