Backstory: Kyle grew up in a city split in two parts, the bad side and the good side. The bad side was always full of crime. After the disappearance of his detective father, 17 year old Kyle stops a mugging but wasn't there soon enough and witnessed the woman's death. He sheltered the woman's daughter after learning she was now orphaned like himself. 10 years later, he learns he is the brother Alex Knight, one of America's leading industrialists who lives on the good side of the city. Using Alex's endless funds he created a costume and gadgets and became a masked vigilante named after a childhood folktale of the city. With the orphaned girl (named Stephanie BTW) at her new supercomputer, Kyle patrols the city as Nightwatch!
Powers/Abilities: several fighting styles (Tae Kwon Do, Kickboxing, ect.), skilled marksman, Intelligent.
Weapons: Contractible bo-staff with taser on the end, Motorcycle which can be summoned at anytime by a metal bracelet on his wrist, eyemask that can analyze and send stuff to Stephanie's computer, Gauntlet on his right arm compact with a grapple and zipline shooter.
Personality: introvert, moody, hides emotions.

Costume: All black with hood, staff holster, boots, NW in a circle on his right breastplate and on his arms, and all the gadgets i said.
