Im using it myself since Permissions 3.16 has grown rather unstable and laggy in 1.8 It is kind of confusing at first and you will find it rather time consuming, but it brings what it says. Also, for the prefix and suffixes use EssentialsChat, and NOT mChat as it recommends. If you do; you will struggle.

(EssentialsChat is a part of the Essentials plugin)

First of all, if the host hasnt provided the world limit, i dont think its possible.
Secondly, MultiWorlds causes a lot of lag, so if there is no world limit, then dont have multiworlds, a much easier thing to do is find a place faraway or something like that and make safe and warzones with factions

i think i would be able to do it tho'
