I am just about to release a fully custom coded, Ultra Fast-Paced, Ultra Hardcore pvp server. It has a massive open map with many discoverable checkpoints. And lots of unusual twists to the game!

I guarantee that your viewers will love it.

SEKWAH41they look epic and are eye catching so you will more than likely draw more attention than other servers on the server list.

That's the purpose for which these banner are made. People don't go to the server because the banner is informative, they don't need to grab the IP from the banner. The banner itself is a thing that captures the attention of a player, and when they pay attention to my banner, they click my post and look at my server.

That's what most people are doing wrong, they think their best chance is to display as much information as possible and as clearly to everyone with a tiny little banner. While it is best to use the banner for it's sole purpose: to capture the eye of the viewer.

Thanks, I'm not a professional graphics designer, so I most likely won't make anything more than these banners. I started making banners because I needed one for my own server.

Not bad, we're not using the same program to make the banners. I can only make 3D banners, they just don't look right in 2D.
I don't have time to work on my banner skills, but if enough people want my banners I will start adding in physics and visual effects to the banners, they will look more awesome!

Thanks! That's a big compliment. I really like the work done by ZGraphics but he's not as easy to get a hold of and I'm quite sure he charges a lot more money. His work is top notch, though, I can only hope to be up to his standards.

I am sure someone's made a tutorial somewhere on the internet, but not to my knowledge. I am also quite sure that there are much simpler ways to make a gif banner. I made the banners my way, and I didn't look at any guides for them. Each banner takes roughly 2-3 hours to make, like I said in the first post. I used to render photo-realistic walkthrough animations for interiors (interior design stuff) so I am already quite fluent with the steps to making a 3D animation on 3DS Max. I do need to use Photoshop in the end to compile them into 1 gif.
I'm interested to see some of your work, if you have a website with all the stuff you've made, I'd love to take a look.
Also, add me on skype because it's always good to know someone doing similar stuff.

When me and a friend plan to record a PVP duel between us two and I forgot that my armor had Thorns 5000 on it, he charged at me with his sword and exploded as soon as he struck me, all his diamond armor were broken instantly. That was funny we got that on video.

You don't need to code a completely new plugin for this, you can get a plugin called skywars and set it up so it's similar to this one.

I mainly disable them when I need to see very clearly at night or in a dark place, especially when I play minigames.

If you're doing this on a server, server's have a configurable view-distance.
If you're doing this on single player, slide your view distance from lowest to highest one increment at a time and find out where it stops actually increasing that might give us more info on how your view distance is restricted.
